However, subjective dissatisfaction (e.g., personal preferences) is not covered unless tied to non-performance or errors on our part.

What Our Guarantee Covers:

  • Accuracy & Compliance: Our team will ensure that all documents and filings are accurate, compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

  • The service provided was incorrect, incomplete, or did not follow outlined procedures.

  • The issue is brought to our attention within 30 days of the service completion date.

  • The client provides all necessary documentation and information to resolve the issue.

  • Timely Service: We commit to delivering services within stated timelines. Delays caused by client actions or third parties are not covered.

  • Professional Support: Our professionals are available to guide you through any business-related challenges, from formation to annual reports, ensuring you understand every step.

Important: Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction stemming from factors beyond our control, including personal preferences, failure to act on advice, or delays caused by third parties (such as government processing delays).

  • The claim must be made within 30 days of service delivery and will be processed within 7-10 business days of approval.

  • Refunds are not applicable once a service has been completed as specified and accepted by the client.

  • Refunds are limited to the specific service fee for the task where the issue occurred (excluding government and third-party fees).

If a refund is granted under the Platinum Business Guarantee:

  • Services already completed and accepted by the client without prior complaint.

  • Issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

  • Cases where the client has not provided the required documentation or has delayed the process.

The Platinum Business Guarantee does not cover:

  • Resolution or Refund: We will either rectify the issue or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Provide Documentation: We may request documentation and details to verify the issue.
