Platinum Business Guarantee
We stand by the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

Refunds apply only to services covered under the Platinum Business Guarantee and do not include government fees, third-party costs, or completed filings.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a service request under the following terms:

Before service begins: If a cancellation is requested before any work has started, a full refund will be issued (excluding processing fees, if applicable).

After work has started: Partial refunds may be considered based on the stage of service completion.

Completed services: Once a service has been fully rendered (such as business registration filings, tax submissions, or marketing campaigns), it is non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Government filing fees and third-party charges.
